June 18th FINAL DAY to sign up for meet+greet!
The annual Gather meet+greet activity is a special opportunity to socialize with other conference attendees and members of the Gather team before the conference officially begins.
Dinner is not provided this year, but you are welcome to bring your own picnic dinner if you’d like to. Food trucks will not be available this year. Cookies and water WILL be provided by Gather.
DATE/TIME: Thursday, June 26th, 6pm
COST: $5 per person*, pre-registration required
LOCATION: to be announced (Provo area)
WHAT TO BRING: Dinner or snacks (optional), camping chairs or blanket (optional), sun-protection (hat, sunscreen, etc) if sunny, sweater or jacket if the weather is cold/rainy/windy.
IMPORTANT: Tickets for this meet+greet are not automatically included in your regular Gather Conference registration, but must be selected as an add-on option during the Gather Conference registration process if you’d like to attend.
Please note - The meet+greet activity will not be held at the Gather Conference venue. It will be held at a seperate outdoor venue in the Provo area. The exact address of the meet+greet location will be emailed to everyone (who has opted into this activity during this registration) the week of the event.

If you are going to register for bothe Gather Conference and the meet+greet (but haven’t done so yet), register for Gather Conference here - you will be given the option to add the meet+greet activity as part of the Gather Conference registration process.

Use your “Registrant ID number” (from the registration confirmation email) to create a sign-in account on regfox/webconnex registration website: https://thegatherconference.account.webconnex.com/login/.
Once you have created a sign-in for their system, you will be able to make certain edits to your Gather Conference registration (such as adding-on the meet+greet).

At this time, the only way to sign-up for the 2025 meet+greet activity is to also register for the Gather Conference. Space is limited and we require pre-registration for attending this optional meet+greet event, which is meant to help conference attendees meet and socialize before the conference begins. We apologize for any inconvenience.
